hi ikkuh, it's really hard to tell bec. phils is in the tropics. but anyway, last july it was very hot and it did rain but it didn't dampen our moods bec. it was too hot, it had a kind of routine morning rain for about 30-1hr, but it was bright and sunny after. yes, you can go island hopping anytime on july, the sea wasn't rough, went to balicasag and pamilacan to see dolphins, but if you want to see the whales you better come on the earlier months. goodluck and have fun, and enjoy the sandugo festival, it was lovely.

Does someone know if it is possible to go island hopping in the visayes during these months. Where is the least chance of typhoons (and rain) during the months july/august.
