Turkey with Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 Whole | | cauliflower

1 red | | Capsicum
|
400 grams | | Turkey fillet, slice
|
3 tablespoons | | Cooking Butter or Oil
|
1 jar | | Indian Curry sauce
|
2 pieces | | Naan bread(Indian bread)
|
1 piece | | Ripe Mango, peeled and sliced
|
45 grams | | Almonds nuts, grated
|
Preparation
- Wash the cauliflower and separate into florets. Wash the capsicum and slice into blocks. In the pan, heat the butter or oil and fry the turkey fillets for 5 minutes or till it turns golden brown. Add cauliflower and paprika and cook for 3 minutes. Add the curry sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- In the mean time, prepare the naan bread according to the instructions.
- In a dry frying pan, fry almonds nuts till turns golden bruin. Put the curry sauce in four large bowls, and garnish with almonds. Serve with naan bread and mango.
