Steamed Eggs with Minced Meat

Ingredients
4 | | Eggs |

115 grams | | Minced pork |
|
30 grams | | Minced ham |
|
1 | | Spring onion, chopped |
|
1 teaspoon | | Lard |
|
1 teaspoon | | Soya sauce |
|
1 teaspoon | | Salt |
|
1 cup | | Stock or milk |
|

Preparation
- Beat the eggs up with minced pork, chopped onions and salt. Place them in a deep bowl or in a basin with the lard and half a cup of the stock or milk, and then mix them well.
- Place the bowl or basin a in a steamer or a large boiler. Steam for twenty minutes with lid on.
- Remove basin from the steamer and then pour the soy sauce over the steamed mixture.
- Garnish with minced ham and serve on the table in the basin
